This depends on each Purolator terminal. Most times you will deliver in the areas surrounding your city or town (rural areas). Sometimes you'll get routes within your city or town, but these occasions are rare.

We don't work by the hour, you will be expected to deliver your route and finish your shift. The number of packages in your route and the density will mostly determine how long it will take you, but these factors vary from day to day.
Some users might not be able to see the withdraw button in their wallet due to missing information in the financial section of their profile. Kindly access the following link on a browser: Canada login page
- Then, add your Interac email address under the "Financial" section and click 'save'.
Once done, kindly close the app and restart it. You will now see the withdraw button in your wallet.

The pay structure varies depending on the place where you work, the time of the year, the length of the route and the density. Please check with the Onboarding team or the Support team for more detail.
In Canada, payments are made exclusively via e-transfers. Generally, it takes 3 to 5 business days for you to receive the payment, from the moment you submit the withdrawal request in the "Wallet" section of the PigeonShip app.
The route that you deliver on a certain day is credited in the "Wallet" section of the PigeonShip app on the following day, by 6pm. If after 6pm you don't see it in your Wallet, please contact the Support team.
We are currently out of stock on driver kits, so you can start delivering with PigeonShip without one. If any of the emails that you received in the onboarding process says that you must have a kit in order to get started, please disregard it, as it is not updated. Apologies for the inconvenience.
If you have an iPhone (iOS), you can download and install the app directly from the Apple App store.
If you have an Android phone, you WON'T find the app on the Google Play Store. Instead, you will need to download the installation file from this link and install it on your phone manually (our Tech team is currently working on a fix for this issue).
